The service was pretty good. They managed well the visits, promptly adjusting when I needed or due to weather. The communication was flawless. Also, most importantly, the treatment worked. Before using them it was pretty hard to stay in the backyard, and now my family and I can enjoy it, even at what used to be the worst time (sunsets). Even the neighbors thanked me for getting this treatment done!

We have had buzzguard for 2 years. We bought our home and the yard was unkept with ticks coming in the house. Since we have had Buzzguard we have had no issues. We also have dogs and have no issues.

Great team, great service. Always plesant and respectful at our property. Kept us up-to-date on schedule changes due to weather to ensure maximum effectiveness of products. As soon as we had the first tick treatment, we never saw another on the dogs or ourselves.
This was a crazy Year for Mosquitoes, and though there were still some in the yard after treatment, when compared to other greenspaces it was night and day. We could actually relax in our yard where it felt like we were fighting and army of them off elsewhere.
Deffinetly recommend, will definitely use again next year.

Before discovering BuzzGuard, I used to be eaten alive by mosquitos when I would pick raspberries in my back yard. Now, with their regular service, mosquitos are a distant memory. Moreover, I don't have to worry about ticks, which are starting to show up in Ottawa.
The BuzzGuard team cares about its customers, and came out extra times after extended rains, to prevent the mosquitos, and they were quick to re-book on days where the weather did not cooperate (high winds and rain).
I highly recommend this service.
